The Wall Street Journal reported today that the
Consumer Product Safety Commission is investigating the popular Yamaha Rhino off-road vehicle and other Utility Terrain Vehicles or UTVs.
The Yamaha Rhino is blamed for causing hundreds of catastrophic injuries and 30 deaths. More than two hundred lawsuits have been filed against Yamaha.
